Don’t give up. Normally it is the last key on the ring which opens the door! by Paulo Coelho.

There never was a truer saying and it’s fits my youngest to a T. In her words if she mucks up it’s like a train wreck……

She has led a turbulent life this beautiful, clever, amazing girl of mine. She has 3 beautiful girls who are polite, charming and do so well at school. They are an absolute credit to her, she is one amazing mummy.

I write this because for one reason or another she didn’t do well at school. But I believe with the amazing support she has had from her sisters and brother she has turned the proverbial corner.

She is going to back to learning andย  will be studying Forensic Science. It has been a hard slog for her to get to this point she has retaken exams and just finished a massive essay on Forensics which she has cried over and said she was setting her sights too high but she has done it.

You are an amazing young women and we are very proud of you and you will find that key which will open that door for you my beautiful girl.

So chin up….and step up and away youย fly……it will be incredibly hard work but you will do it we know you will. It’s just that you are taking the long way round and not the scenic route. But success will be even sweeter.

Love you more than you know as we do ALL our children……..

Thank you for reading my blogging friends it’s a big difference to my usual blogs but I just had to tell her she could and would do it.

Chocolate brownie cooking tomorrow so back to recipes for my next blog…..love you all be happy xxx

What a wonderful post in support of a wonderful daughter. You are so obviously and deservedly proud of her, and now she needs to be proud of herself. Give her our best wishes for tackling the challenges of returning to study.

Thank you so much Peggy..she said it made her cry, but sometimes you have to let your kids or anyone know just how you feel don’t you? I think blogging is a wonderful medium for that. I think she is wonderful but as you say needs to realise that herself but she is geting there.Have a lovely day ๐Ÿ™‚

Awesome! Forensics is the most amazing field to enter! I am so happy for her. Those who are bullied tend to be the most empathetic people in this world. I am so very happy for her my little friend ! ๐Ÿ™‚ x

You are a wonderful mother. Kids get where their supposed to go in their own way. I have two very different children and constantly battle to NOT compare and to not let them compare either. It sounds like your daughter has crossed a good marker in her personal timeline.

Thank you for your kind comments she was badly bullied at school and has had a destructive relationship but her children are so polite and good and when I asked her why she said if she has a meltdown she always talks to them afterwards..she is an awesome mum and they love her to bits she just has no confidence in herself such a shame as she is really clever but fingers crossed she has finally turned the corner her daughter got straight A’s in her exams so maybe she is taking somthing from that and agin thank you I just had tell her x
