Smorgasbord - Variety is the spice of life

I am delighted to welcome Carol Taylor as my co-conspirator on this project. Most of you are familiar with my Medicine Woman’s larder and Carol and I have teamed up to provide you with recipes to make the most of these amazing foods.

    We enjoy bananas here and when I made my last batch of diabetic zucchini bread to share with people at church, I just happened to have three bananas that were very ripe. They went into the mix. It was a hit. It wasn’t banana bread, and the flavor wasn’t overpowering, but you could taste the bananas. I need to make more because everyone liked it.
