      Yes it is..I am so lucky …I have fresh coconut water every day and the flesh is also very, very soft in fact they feed it to the babies here when they just start eating solid food you can just scoop it out with a spoon..

        Probably not in the Uk either…I would never have thought about giving it to mine but I didn’t have acess to coconuts. Here they are plentiful and I suppose if you are living of the land like many here you feed babies what you have …But the young coconut flesh is very,very soft nothing in it which is harmful in my mind….My two grandchildren here were given it and they are thriving,healthy and eat absolutely anything. …
